Elli Bliss

"We exist as integral bricks within our places of work where we dedicate our efforts. Despite moments of perceived powerlessness, it's essential to recognise our inherent influence. Just as the alteration of individual bricks could reshape the entire structure, we possess the capability to redefine our roles and impact the organisational landscape. Embracing this power enables us not only to transform structures but also to authentically manifest our true selves"
