Mokita Co-Founder and Director Elli takes a practical approach to transformative leadership. Under her guidance, Mokita adopts a tailored approach to inclusivity centred around clients themselves.
With a background in both academia and healthcare, Elli is committed to reshaping organisational landscapes through tangible Equity, Diversity and Inclusion strategies.
Her hands-on experience in both complex primary and secondary healthcare settings gives her a grounded perspective that helps ensure our strategies are aligned with the practical challenges our clients face.
Elli also serves as a Senior Lecturer, actively shaping curricula within healthcare and education programs and along with Alisha has published a number of research papers showcasing Mokita’s dedication to evidence-based education.
Beyond Mokita, Elli is a committed advocate for anti-discriminatory practice and equity in Higher Education. She has extensive experience promoting diversity, self-actualisation, and empowerment, emphasising the value and potential of individuals and groups. She strongly advocates for racial equality within Higher Education, driving increased scrutiny from students, staff, and regulatory bodies, and sits on a Womens Independent Advisory Group for Avon and Somerset Police.
