Having dedicated 11 years to the NHS, she stands at the forefront of strategic midwifery, focusing on Cultural Safety in a pivotal role while seamlessly juggling regular clinical shifts in NHS maternity.
As a Qualified Professional Midwifery Advocate, Natasha has extensive experience in facilitating Restorative Clinical Supervision, nurturing a culture of growth and support.
Passionate about the transformative power of continuity, holistic, person-centered care, Natasha is an ambassador for the Personalised Care Institute. She played a pivotal role in establishing and leading a thriving homebirth team in an NHS Trust, championing equity for all families choosing homebirth in the local community.
Outside midwifery, Natasha is a proud advocate for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. Identifying with multiple hidden disabilities, including psoriatic arthritis, fibromyalgia, Autism, and ADHD, she navigates challenges with resilience. She prides herself on being a strong ally for all protected characteristics and consistently acts as an active bystander in the face of inequitable situations.
