We had the privilege of engaging Mokita to deliver Anti-racist Training to our Senior Leadership and core team members at the College of Paramedics, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. From the outset, Elli and Alisha demonstrated a deep understanding of the subject matter and a genuine commitment to fostering a more inclusive and equitable healthcare environment. The training sessions were incredibly insightful and thought-provoking, providing our team members with valuable insights and tools to address racial biases and promote diversity within their practice. Elli and Alisha's approachable and engaging facilitation style created a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue and reflection, allowing participants to explore complex issues with confidence and sensitivity. The feedback from our team members was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing that the training had a profound impact on both their personal and professional lives. Comments such as "A very insightful training. Elli and Alisha are approachable, knowledgeable, and engaging. This will certainly have a positive impact on my practice in the future" and "Fantastic training! This had much more impact on me personally and professionally than any previous training I have undertaken" are a testament to the quality and effectiveness of Mokita's approach. We are grateful to Mokita for their invaluable contribution to our ongoing efforts to create a more inclusive and equitable College. We highly recommend Mokita's training services to any organisation committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in healthcare. Alisha and Ellie spent time researching our organisation and creating a tailor-made course which directly targeted the areas it was felt would be most helpful. They have also been incredibly patient with us whilst we had a change to some of the key posts in the College and had to delay bringing them back until this process was completed.
