Bespoke training programme for maternity staff across South East England

Mokita created a bespoke training programme for maternity staff across South East England on behalf of Health Education England South East. The feedback from the training sessions was excellent and resulted in specific recommendations that we can take back to local Trusts, all of whom are focusing on alleviating racial inequalities amongst staff and service users. Attendees of the training remarked upon the relevancy of the training (focusing on inequalities in maternity) and gave them a space for deep reflection and discussion. We look forward to working with Mokita again to further roll out this training.
